A Customer Billing ID will be assigned on your first order.
Copy this ID as it is used to activate the TVM web and mobile app and allows you to
create a LogIn Username and Password needed to configure the caregiver and cared-for
information and operate the TVM services.

your Billing Customer account. The number you specify
will be assumed to be a mobile number.

The TVM app allows the Caregiver to set up all operational information, send messages to their loved ones, and for the Cared-for parties to confirm/remove messages on the TV.
