TV-Messenger Plans & Hardware

If you do not already have a subscription plan (monthly and/or yearly) select a plan and add any physical products you want to purchase. Plans are automatically renewed according to the plan selected.

A Customer Billing ID will be assigned on your first order. Copy this ID as it is used to activate the TVM web and mobile app and allows you to create a LogIn Username and Password needed to configure the caregiver and cared-for information and operate the TVM services.

Please enter your MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, when Creating your Billing Customer account. The number you specify will be assumed to be a mobile number.

Your subscription and any hardware are checked out together. A Stripe.com customer account is created during checkout.

Information will be emailed after checkout to activate the TVM mobile application and the web version at 'TVMapp.TV-Messenger.com. The TV Messenger App is used to allow the Caregiver to create a user account and to Log Into the app.

The TVM app allows the Caregiver to set up all operational information, send messages to their loved ones, and for the Cared-for parties to confirm/remove messages on the TV.
