TV Messenger SMS Privacy Policy

SMS Program

TV Messenger Services, Inc., DBA TV Messenger and a Wireless Marvels, Inc. company, allows individuals to call or text our published business number to ask questions or request information about TV Messenger.

We do not send unsolicited text messages. SMS messages are used only to respond to a person who has contacted us first, or to continue an active conversation requested by that person. Opting in to receive text messages from this number is described in our opt-in information description and our opt-in terms and conditions.

Information We Collect

When you call or text TV Messenger, we may temporarily receive your phone number through our communications provider in order to respond to your request.

TV Messenger does not add caller ID or mobile numbers from inbound calls or texts to a marketing list. We do not use inbound caller ID information for advertising, resale, or unsolicited messaging.

Our communications provider, phone carriers, or related service providers may maintain technical logs as part of normal telecommunications operations.

How We Use SMS Information

We use your phone number only to respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, answer questions, or continue a conversation you initiated.

We do not use SMS to send marketing blasts, promotional campaigns, purchased-list messages, or unsolicited outreach.

No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the conversation you initiate. In most cases, messages are limited to direct replies to your questions or requests.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will not send further SMS messages unless you contact us again and request a response.
