The discounted monthly fee is further discounted if purchasing 12 months of service at the time of registration. A 15% reduction in cost is available. The equivalent monthly service fee becomes $21.25 instead of $25 (which is already reduced from $30 per month). The annual pricing is essentially provides two months of free service over the reduced monthly pricing.
