The TV-Messenger app is the key component used to configure the service and to perform many operations. The app is available on the Web, Android, or iOS devices.
Caregivers use the app to create an account, configure information so the service can contact them if a loved-one is not responding to messages, it is used to create device information for each loved one's TV, set up apps for their loved-ones to use, and it can be used to send simple, delayed, or recurring messages to TVs. It is also used by the loved-ones to confirm and removed messages from their TV and to use apps their caregiver has set up for them. They may also selectively remove messages appearing on the TV.
The TV app is one of many means to send or confirm messages. Telephone calls, SMS/Text messages can be used, and the Wireless Confirmation button is can also remove messages from the TV.
